A web-based application for remote building management. It provides the building admin with full control over the digital aspects of the building, including 3D visualization, access management, real-time data analytics and the ability to deploy mobile applications for operational efficiencies and engaging end-user experiences.
As the curator of the building's digital space, the admin gets access to an AR experiences store, where he can add, remove and update the experiences available in the building.
Each experience can then be used for a specific group of users, in certain areas, or in specific times. Each action takes place immediatly and affects the building in real time.
Navigation graph
The navigation in the building is done using a single graph that connects all rooms in the building. After creating it automatically, based on the 3D scanners positions, it needs a lot of manual adjustments, such as adding and removing nodes and edges.
Building areas
The admin can also divide the building into areas, and control the users that are allowed in them.
In addition, he can define special areas, that have navigational meaning, such as stairs, elevator, etc.
Simultion
Before applying the changes to the building, the admin can view and play with a simulation of the chosen AR experiences within an accurate 3D model of the building.
