Melting Shadows
Ongoing personal project, 2020.
Digital catalogue displaying a series of icebergs inspired drawings. Each drawing is made based on an image found on the internet. The icebergs in the images are long gone. We are left with the digital traces, that are also lost in the vast sea of the Internet.
The drawings are flexible. They are created to fit the format they are presented on, stretched, deformed, loosing their identity even more. The drawing gets its name from the image, which in most cases doesn’t reveal anything about its content.
