As if there is no sea
Personal project, 2023.
Inspired by the tragic story of the Aral Sea, I have set myself on a mission to erase all lakes on planet Earth.
Utilizing satellite footage from Google Earth, I began erasing them using Dalle-2, replacing them with dry land. This repetitive and easy task holds great sadness within it.
To complete it, I created a simple interface to browse the now-vanished lakes, as if there were no seas at all.
